Where are the products manufactured?

The skin care products are manufactured exclusively in Europe, especially Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain. LED masks are designed in Europe, but produced in China.

Are animal tests carried out during production?

No, none of our skin care products have been tested on animals.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on whether the selected product is in stock or whether we need to reorder it.
Reordering is dependent on the manufacturer. Usually, it takes 5-14 days.

Is the payment secure?

At Glossy Vital you can order securely with Paypal, Google Pay, Klarna (in progress), Mastercard, Visa, American Express Diner's Club and Discovery.

Do the LED red light masks have a warranty?

The LED red light masks come with a warranty. Depending on the manufacturer, this varies between one and two years. All LED masks are CE and FCC certified.

What do I need to consider when returning an item?

It's important that the product hasn't been opened. The packaging can be opened, but you may not open the cream or serum or test the product.
You have a 14-day right of return.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs only apply if the order is less than €50.
For orders under €50, shipping costs are €10.
Please note that if you return the package, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

How much tax or duty do I have to pay?

In the shop, all prices and VAT are defined for all EU countries, the UK, and Switzerland and are displayed on the order. For deliveries to other countries, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable VAT or customs duties according to the respective national regulations.
